What terms of leases do you offer in terms of number of months? |
| We offer rather flexible 10, 11, or 12 month lease terms and in some cases even longer leases for as much as 15-18-24 months. |

How would your resident demographics be best described? |
At the present time, roughly 70 -75% of our residents are higher education students and approximately ½ of our student resident population is comprised of graduate and/or professional school students.
The remaining 25-30% of our residents are serious minded professionals of all ages and many have called Shadowood their “apartment home community of choice” for more than five years.
Shadowood also consistently attracts a very geographically diverse mix of residents from virtually every continent. |

Are residents permitted to have pets at Shadowood? |
Yes, Shadowood is a very “pet friendly” apartment community and we welcome household pets (especially of the feline and canine varieties) and obviously fish and other small pets are welcome too.
Our many pet owning residents are very respectful pet owners and we are proud to say that almost all of them have very good manners when it comes to picking up after their pets.
We charge a very reasonable one-time (non-refundable) pet fee based on the size and weight of your pet and we do have some restrictions on certain large and more typically aggressive breeds of dogs.
Sorry, we also do not accept lions, tigers, and bears (or other large farm animals)!! |

Are there any important amenities or apartment features included in the rent? |
| Yes, all of our apartment homes have their own washers and dryers and your water, sewage, and trash pick up utility charges are included in your rent. |
